Offical Lollipop Update for Omega 5.5

Here is the Lollipop OTA package for Omega 5.5 that can be directly flashed from recovery.
Let's get started

Download the zip from here For stock[​IMG] recovery :

For stock recovery 

Instructions

  • copy it to sd card (external/internal)
  • Switch off your phone
  • press and hold volume up + power button together until you see xolo logo
  • use volume keys to navigate and select the option apply update from sd card
  • navigate to the zip where you have copied then press power key to select
  • select yes in the next menu
  • After the flashing completes select reboot system now
  • It will take approximately 15 minutes to boot
  • After it boots go to settings>apps>launcher and clear data

Another methods:

  • Download the full OTA package from Above Link and copy in internal memory /Sd card with name update.zip
  • Go to Settings-> About phone->System update
  • Press Check for updates button -> it will show the update.zip
  • press ok button . Its redirect to the recovery mode and update star
  • It will take approximately 15 minutes to boot
  • After it boots go to settings>apps>launcher and clear data

Note-First Boot Takes Time about 12-18 Mins

    Thanks a lot for this... My phone was choking with the hive ui to a point where I was almost throwing it away. This update saved my phone. Everything works just smooth. Only whatsapp images are not getting downloaded and says this media does not exist on your sd card(I have no sd cards)

    Everything is good but camera quality is not good. The camera showing only 8mp while it has 13MP camera.

      Yes you can!Just search and download stock ROM and flash it using SP Flash tool. You will need computer for this method to work.
